Hi Slava, On 7/12 Parabuild was turned off and the service was set to disabled. Over that weekend our VMWare environment suffered a SAN disk failure. Parabuild is on a standalone physical system so in that regard it was not affected. We simply did not need the extra headache of trying to run builds ...

High CPU Utilization

Hi Support, Status update... Parabuild has been running for 1 week since a system reboot & restart of the parabuild service. Over the course of the last week it has slowly been consuming more and more resources. Initially Parabuild behaved as expected. On Tue or Wed, it was sitting at 12.5% of t...

HI Slava, Just wanted to provide an update. Yesterday we were able to determine the root cause of this issue. One of our domain controllers is sending incorrect data to the AD causing accounts to be locked out on a regular basis. Because the "builder" account is so active due to CI builds,...

Of course we run anti-virus :)

As a test, I will update the anti-virus software to not scan the parabuild installdir. I will restart parabuild and see what happens.

Thanks

Hi Slava, I have been off for a few days and have not looked at the server since I left on 5/26-27 timeframe. So, it could have become fully loaded at any time during that period.

Thank you,

Enhancement request: Archive build

Hi, I'd like to request a feature that would allow you to archive a build, multiple builds, project, display group, etc. By "archive" I am meaning that after deactivating a build for whatever amount of time, I'd like to be able to package up all the results, configurations, etc and have it...

Hi Slava, Yes this is extremely annoying. Especially at 2 am when the blackberry starts going off. It appears that the scheduling algorithm/task is hitting src control harder than in previous versions. I am deducing this because when the emails start coming in, our account domain lockout policy has ...

HI Slava, As an update, I have been receiving approx. 20-30 of these messages over the course of a day now since the upgrade to 4.0.60. I currently have 200 active builds, and 24 build hosts. I am not seeing any specific host or build that consistently fails. If I go to one of the effected servers a...
