If infrastructure punishes Parabuild, what you can do is to ask Parabuild to retry problem the command before reporting a problem:

Parabuild -> Administration -> Stability settings ->
Retry version control commands: 10 times with 60 seconds interval if regex patterns are present in error message:

svn:.*Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic challenge
